The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has considered the EIR as prepared by the lead agency and based on the document prepared by the Lead Agency. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit for the following work (the determination made by Caltrans is limited to effects within Caltrans jurisdiction as a Responsible Agency): Use of a temporary driveway on State Route 65 at Postmile 21.37, the erection of three temporary signs (two trucks entering highway signs and one no left turn sign).
