Document Description
The project is a Major Use Permit to construct, operate, and maintain an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility for AT&T Wireless, consisting of the construction of a 70-foot high faux elevated water tank that would house 12 panel antennas, 24 remote radio units (RRU's) and four surge suppressors. The equipment necessary for the facility would be located adjacent to the faux elevated water tank and would be enclosed by a 30-foot by 60-foot concrete block wall. The height of the equipment enclosure is 10 feet four inches. Associated equipment would include a concrete pre-fabricated equipment enclosure and a 50kW diesel generator and mounted on a 12-foot by 6-foot concrete pad.
