Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0231-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Sustainable Power Group, as represented by Garret Bean.
The project is limited to the development of an approximately 725-acre, 100 MW solar power generation facility with installation of no more than 10 crossing improvements at various locations and ephemeral streams within the project site and along the gen-tie corridor. The project will mitigate 0.05 acre of permanent impacts and 0.11 acre of temporary impacts to ephemeral washes with the permanent protection and management of Long Canyon Ranch Preserve, APN 3240-001-009.
