Document Description
The proposed project includes a gated 67 small lot detached single-family home residential component with 4 affordable units within 2 duplexes; a commercial component of a 66,516 sq. ft., 4-story hotel designed to achieve a LEED silver rating; and 61 acres of the approx. 77-acre undeveloped site would be preserved as open space. The "Project" shall be defined to include a significant amount of remedial grading to stabilize an ancient landslide. Installation of project-associated infrastructure and off-site improvements, construction of a new detention basin, wetland and oak tree restoration, and landscape installation.
