This project consists of the operation, repair, maintenance and minor alteration of existing public facilities involving negligible expansion of use beyond that existing; the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities, included as "interpretive signing or panels, fences and gates" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities in accordane with CCR section 15300.4; and minor public alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry and agricultural purposes included.
