Document Description
The Class 1* Permit Modification will authorize a change in ownership and facility operation. General Chemical Corporation Bay Point Works will change in name to Chemtrade West US LLC, which will be reflected in Section A General Information, and in section A.8. The change will also modify the waste classification by removing the D007 (Chromium) code and adding back the U134 (Hydrogen fluoride) code, which was part of the orginally approved wastes.
