Document Description
The Amendment will establish policies to reduce community-wide greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated. Successful implementation of the City Climate Action Plan will reduce GHG emissions to 15 percent below 2005 levels by 2020 and set on a path toward reducing emissions to 80 percent below 1990 level.
