Document Description
The project includes the installation of a Super Dock (440 sq ft) with canopy, boat lift and two personal water craft slips; four 6in galvanized location and support non--driven spud piles; 6ft by 4ft concrete landing; 6ft wide concrete walkway; excavation of up to 990 cubic yards of material under the footprint of the dock and installation of a metal culvert with rip-rap to provide a covered water crossing on the road above the property.
