Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Amador Water Agency proposed project includes an addition of a new 24-foot high by 26-foot in diameter, 91,000 gallon backwash tank. The project also includes the construction of a new backwash recycling pump station consisting of three 7.5 horsepower pumps sitting on a 5-foot by 19-foot concrete pad. An 8-foot high chain link fence will be built to enclose the pump station. And a coagulant dosing station will be added to the inside of the ion Water Treatment Plant building.
