Document Description
The project is to install a new park entry sign. The sign will be installed in place on the west side of the park, perpendicular to Avenue M. The new sign, which sits on a precast concrete monument base, is specially designed with two 18-inch diameter, 4-foot 10-inch deep footings with 2-inch metal tubes sticking out of them that slide into two holes on the bottom of the monument. The footings, 3 feet 4 5/8 inches apart from the center of each metal tube. In addition to excavating the footings, the ground will need to be leveled, so the footings and the base of the precast monumen are level.
