This project is to temporarily house the Red Bluff parole office at 10 Gilmore Road, Red Bluff, Tehama County. The current parole office location flooded in December 2014 and has been declared unfit for occupancy. The Gilmore Road location is zoned for office use. There would be no increase in occupancy or parking beyond that which the property has been zoned for. Only minor tenant improvemens will be done at the new location.
