Document Description
The proposed project is a Right of Entry License Agreement (ROE) to the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (Airport Authority) for their use of approximately 85,847 square feet of land located on the westerly side of Pacific Highway at the prolongation of Sassafras Street in San Diego. THe land proposed for use under this ROE will be used by the Airport Authority and the Airport Authority's authorized agent(s) and contractor(s) for the purpose of installation of 12kV electrical equipment, including a switchgear and cabinet, as well as ingress and egress in support of those activities.
