Document Description
The proposed project is a Right of Entry License Agreement (ROLEA) to AT&T California (AT&T), to trench approximately 115 linear feet at the public viewing lot at Harbor Drive and Laurel Street in San Diego, California to repair and replace existing compromised San Diego Regional Airport Authority (Airport Authority) telecommunications equipment. The depth of the trench will be between 24 inches, and two 4-inch ducts will be placed within the trench. Issuance of a REELA to AT&T will be required to conduict the trenching, repair, and resurfacing as well as ingress and egress in support of those activities.
