The proposed project is a tideland use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to PK91932, LLC dba Cow-A-Bunga Micro Ice Creamery and Espresso (Tenant) for the continued use of approximately 442 square feet of building area located at 10 Evergreen Avenue, Suite E, together with approximately 646 square feet of adjacent land area to be used in common with other District tenants located on the south side of the Imperial Beach Pier Plaza building located at 10 Evergreen Avenue in the City of Imperial Beach, California. The building area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of the sale of ice cream, frozen confections, sandwiches, soups, salads, coffee, desserts, cookies, T-shirts, hats, and other novelty items bearing only the Tenant's business name and/or logo, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
