Document Description
The project would renovate the 500-seat, 18,708 gsf Hedrick undergraduate dining facility to create light dining and study space for undergraduate students in the Northwest campus. Development of the new dining and study facility would provide approximately 350 seats to accommodate both individual and group study activities in a combination of enclosed dining and study rooms, open lounge seating, and community dining table areas. The scope of work would include demolition of improvements in the way of the proposed work; Installation of lighting, acoustical treatments, finishes, casework, and electronic signage; modifications to building systems and installation of ductwork; reconfiguration of building fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems; procurement and installation of fixed kitchen equipment; installation of audio visual, telecommunications and security systems; and repairs to building finishes impacted by the work.
