Document Description
Perform deferred maintenance, accessibility improvements and energy upgrades to three rental housing units in Columbia State Historic Park to improve energy efficiency and accessibility, and provide for the health and safety of the public and employees. Work will include: replacing windows, siding, replace and upgrade electrical wiring and plumbing; kitchen and bathroom remodel, replacing floor and carpet, roof and deck repairs. Residence 34 will have ADA bathroom and kitchen designs, entry ramp, doorways as well as compliant parking and path of travel. Portions of the ADA accessibility features will be phased in as funding becomes available.
