Document Description
The project consists of the destruction and removal of the top 4 ft of a 5 ft wide by 70 foot long concrete block wall. The original contour of the shoreline will be restored with 6 in of angular rip rap. Work will not be performed within the water of Lake Tulloch. The project will permanently impact 0.007 acre of waters of the US.

The sea wall replacement and bank restoration project, which does not exceed five (5) acres, may be considered a projet to "assure the maintenance, restoration, enhancemen, or protection of habitat," and does not allow for the expansion of the facility, and the "operation, repair, maintenance, (and) permitting... of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features."
