The Project includes activities related to the installation of a new fish screen and permanent bypass for Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) re-licensing of the Spring Gap-Stanislaus Hydroelectric Project (FERC license No. 2130). Amendment No. 4 includes modifying the work hours to include work during nighttime hours at the site in order to complete the project by February 28, 2015.
