Document Description
The project involves constructing approximately 1300 feet of new roadway to reconnect Twin View Blvd between the Oasis Town Center Project and the old alignment to the north. The Oasis Town Center Project removes a portion of the existing roadway. The road will consists of two 12 ft lanes with 6ft shoulders built on relatively flat terrain. Two small culverts will be placed to help prevent road run-off ponding and perpetuate natural drainage patterns. No utilities will be installed and no new ROW is needed. All work will be completed during one, dry summer construction season.
