Document Description
The City is proposing a number of secondary process upgrades to the WWTP to improve performance, add process redundancy, and comply with expected new permit limitations. The project would construct a new oxidation ditch and associated facilities, including a new electrical building. The new oxidation ditch would be located within an existing treatment pond. The project would not increase the permitted amount of effluent discharged from the plant. Construction would begin in fall of 2015.
