Document Description
Coastal Development Permit for a Shop. The applicant has proposed to construct an 8,000 sf metal storage building on an undeveloped parcel on Standard Veneer Road. The project is subject to an initial study pursuant to the CEQA due to its size. The building is proposed to be located immediately off of Standard Veneer Road in order to avoid impacts to wetlands on the back of the parcel. The applicant is proposing to construct a storage building with no plumbing. The location of the building is greater than 100-feet away from wetlands. The permit is recommended to be approved with conditions.
