Note: Review Per Lead The project site is 57,312 sf. The proposed project would demolish the existing two buildings on the site, and construct a new 10 story, 105 foot (121 feet with elevator penthouse) residential building with ground-floor retail uses along Mission Street and 16th Streets. The site is located in the Mission Area Plan area of the Eastern Neighborhoods Rezoning and Area Plans, and the proposed project was analyzed at the program level in the Programmatic Environmental Impact Report for the Eastern Neighborhoods Rezoning and Area Plans. The proposed project would include 291,027 gsf of residential uses (331 dwelling units); 34,198 gsf of commercial space; and 63,687 gsf of parking, 162 Class I bicycle parking, and loading and building services.
