Document Description
The General Order for Composting Operations will apply to composting operations that process more than 500 cubic yards of allowable compost materials. The General Order allows exemptions under certain conditions, and consists of two Tiers based on volume and type of compost feedstock. The General Order is intended to protect water quality while providing a streamlined approach to permitting composting operations.
