ACWD proposes work to remove and replace the fabric on its existing inflatable Rubber Dam No. 1. The fabric has been in place since 1979, past its anticipated useful life. The project involves removal of the existing rubber dam fabric and installation of new fabric. Minor modification will also be made to the existing concrete foundation to accommodate the new anchoring system needed for the new fabric.
