Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0016-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Browns Valley Irrigation District. The project is limited to trenching and placement of approximately 2,700- linear feet of underground electrical conduit (3-inch diameter) to provide electric power to a lift pump operated by BVID. The project area contains two branching ephemeral drainages of which approximately 0.012 acres will be temporarily impacted by the project. Following conduit installation, the trenched areas will be sealed with bentonite and the native materials will be returned and restored with native vegetation.
