The proposed project consists of developing approximately 1.2 million sf of medical campus and commercial uses on the 58.7-acre project site in multiple phases. Phase 1A consists of 200,000 sf of medical office buildings and cancer center outpatient centers; Phase 1B consists of 250,000 sf of commercial uses; Phase 2 consists of 450,000 sf of medical office buildings and a parking garage.
