A Use Permit and Site Development Permit have been filed by the Ukiah Valley Medical Center to make substantial improvements to the hospital campus located on Hospital Drive. The Use Permit is required to allow the expansion of a "permitted" use (Hospital/Professional Offices) in the Heavy Commercial (C-2) zoning District. The Site Development Permit is required for the site improvements which include the following: Building Expansion, New Helipad Locations, New Outdoor Areas, New Parking, New Emergency Vehicle Access, and Landscaping and Bio-Retention Areas.
