CDFW has executed a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-2013-0355-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jim Moita. The project is limited to the replacement of a previously existing culvert to a sixty linear foot culvert with a diameter eighteen inches that will impact an area approx. 0.01 acres of riparian habitat.
