The applicant seeks approval of a tree permit to allow the removal of twelve trees and work within the dripline of three additional trees to allow for the construction of a 2,500 linear foot section of 20-foot wide access road. The project also consists of the following elements: - Construction of two bioswales (approx. 0.18 acres total) for stormwater treatment and drainage - Construction of new drainage improvements along the new portion of roadway. - Earthwork involving approximately 9,015 cubic yards of existing soil.
