Document Description
The proposed Project would be the construction of New District Offices for Foothill-De Anza Community College District at the Foothill College campus. The project will consolidate District staff currently housed in several buildings on campus. The building would be constructed on 1.3 acres of the 2.16-acre Parking Lot 7. The NDO building would be 23,500 gsf and consist of two wings connected by an enclosed entrance. One wing would contain offices, be 2 stories and approximately 30 feet in height. The second wing would contain the board room and supporting space, be one story and approximately 20 feet in height.
