- The Project will include the construction of pipelines, booster stations, and a service reservoir to extend nonpotable recycled water service to portions of the Cities of La Puente, Industry, South El Monte, El Monte, and Pico Rivera. The Project will also include plumbing modifications to convert existing water users' irrigation systems from potable water supply to the recycled water supply. The Project includes the South El Monte Recycled Water Expansion Project and the La Puente Valley County Water District (LPVCWD) Recycled Water Expansion Project.
