The project site is approximately 50,012.8 sf. The Project would be an approximately 150,000 sf, 7-story (75 feet) mixed-use building with approximately 37,385 sf of ground-floor retail, and 169 residential apartments on levels 2 through 7. Retail parking would be provided in one subterranean level and residential parking would be provided on levels 2 and 3. The Site is approximately 1/2 block south of the City of West Hollywood border at Romaine Street. The site is within the Hollywood Community Plan, zoned MR1-1 with a Limited Manufacturing land use designation.
