Document Description
The applicant requests approval of a PD permit for the construction of a single-story (approximately 10 feet high) 1,336 sf single-family dwelling with an attached 624 sf two-car carport and 434 sf of attached covered patios.
A PD permit is also required because the project will require grading in excess of 50 cubic yards. More specifically, the proposed project includes approximately 950 cubic yards of cut and approximately 120 cubic yards of fill with 830 cubic yards of export to prepare the site for the proposed development. Ground disturbance activities (grading, excavation, trenching, digging, land clearing, and construction) will not include blasting, pile-driving, or vibratory compaction.
