The project would include a neighborhood-scale retail commercial center, compatible office development, and high density residential dwelling units at a maximum residential density of 17 dwelling units per acre. The project would eventually subdivide the 55 acre parcel into lots, and would accommodate up to 260,000 sf of retail commercial development; up to 136,000 sf of office development, and up to 239 high density residential units and associated public and private streets and infrastructure improvements.
