The proposed changes to the Temecula Valley Recycled Water Pipeline and Appurtenances Project analyzed in this Addendum include a change in the alignment of option number three for the pipeline crossing of Murrieta Creek. The revised option would minimize the conflicts with existing utilities within the Santa Rosa Booster Station property.
