Document Description
The City of Porterville intends to construct and operate a new storm water runoff retention facility. The retention basin will be approximately 4.6 acres in size and will need new pipeline installed to connect the basin to the existing stormwater system. Approximately 750 feet of 36" pipeline will connect the basin to the existing stormwater line on North Grand Avenue and another 470 feet of 30" pipeline will be installed along North Grand Avenue and under State Route 65 to connect to existing pipelines across the State Route.
