Document Description
Construction of a 19.4-acre mixed-use residential and commercial development. The 9.0-acre south site area comprises eight three-story multiple-family apartment buildings containing 162 units, a detention basin within 1.4 acres, 0.9 acre of public roads and manufactured slopes, and a trail. A recreation and leasing building is also proposed as part of the apartment complex in addition to 302 parking spaces. The 10.3-acre north site comprises 4.8 acres of office and retail space, a 1.8-acre park, a 1.3-acre oak tree preservation area, and 2.4 acres of public roads and manufactured slopes, including 275 parking spaces.
