Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0109-R6 [Revision 1], pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Strata Keith, LLC. The Grove Park Mixed-Use Development project includes the fill of four unnamed drainages for the construction of a mixed-use commercial and residential development, consisting of: apartments, a detention basin, public roads, manufactured slopes, and a trail on the southern portion of the site; and office and retail space, a 1.8-acre park, and roads, manufactured slopes, and parking areas on the northern portion of the site. The construction of the project will permanently impact 0.35 acre of streambed, including five (5) coast live oaks, and temporarily impact 0.3 acre of streambed.
