Document Description
The project consists of amendments to the County Code of Regulatory Ordinances. The purpose of this project is to implement a revised local program to permit conventional onsite wastewater treatment systems and an expanded local program to permit and regulate alternative OWTS, consistent with the OWTS Policy adopted by the State Water Resources Control Board. The project includes development of the Local Agency Management Plan (LAMP), enactment of a local ordinance, and implementation of the program by the County Department of Environmental Health (DEH). The local ordinance would amend Division 8 of Title 6 of the County Code of Regulatory Ordinances.
