The project site has a net site area of 9.1. The project includes a 13,000 sf recreation center, two pools, spa, exercise room, library, kitchen, lounges, restrooms, and a leasing office. The project also includes open space and recreation areas consisting of landscape courtyards, a dog park, picnic and barbeque areas, water features and several outdoor dining areas.
