Document Description
The project will install a signal modification at the Howe Avenue/Marconi Avenue intersection, construct new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, ramps, driveway conforms, and Class II bike lanes along both sides of Howe Avenue between El Camino Avenue and Marconi Avenue. Howe Avenue will be re-striped from its existing configuration of two lanes in each direction to one lane in each direction with a two-way center left-turn lane.
