Document Description
The project involves the renovation of an existing school building. The Visual Arts building covers approximately 100 linear feet of channel. Renovations will generally include new framing lumber, siding, roof, windows, doors, and upgrades to the inside of the building. Building improvements will also include the construction of four new bio-retention planters to capture and treat precipitation runoff from the roof and gutter system. The planters will be 3-foot by 10-foot and will convey filtered water to four new 12-foot long linear dissipaters that will be installed at locations just below the top of the stream bank near each building corner.
