Document Description
Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) will construct a new electrical circuit to the existing Peabody Substation, located in Suisun City. The overall project is comprised of five segments that go through developed and undeveloped parcels; from the substation south to a railroad crossing (Segment 1), south to Peterson Road and to the east (Segment 2), south onto a formerly paved road (Segment 3), Peterson Road and south across Union Creek, SR12 and Killdeer Road (Segment 4), and Killdeer Road to a landfill entrance (Segment 5). Within Segment 4, a 976' portion of the line that will need to go under a wetland and Union Creek will require Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). SAA #1600-2014-0217-R3.
