Covina Valley Unified School District proposes minor renovation and alteration of the existing wireless backbone in the sites facilities, including installation of wireless improvements at South Hills High School, located at 645 S. Barranca Street, West Covina, CA 91791 ("Property"). The proposed project will occur upon the existing school premises and will not involve the acquisition of real property. The proposed project includes the replacement of existing wireless backbone and will involve negligible or no expansion of size or use of the facilities and will not physically alter the exteriors of the existing facilities.
