Document Description
The proposed project involves improvements and a 325-sq.ft. expansion of the existing Annex building within the Southwestern Yacht Club (SWYC) leasehold. The purpose of the proposed project is to improve the overall structural integrity of the building and make its appearance more consistent with the adjacent main clubhouse. Overall, the current functionality of the building will remain the same, but the amount of space is proposed to be expanded from approx. 3,035 sq. ft. to approx. 3,360 sq. ft., for an additional approx. 325 sq. ft. The proposed project consists of the following components:
-Replacing existing exterior sliding to match existing clubhouse;
-Replacing in-kind existing exterior doors and windows;
-Recapping existing utility equipment fence enclosure;
-Replacing existing roof parapet with a partially enclosed cupola, bringing the overall height of the building from approx. 15-ft. tall to 14-ft. tall.;
-Expanding the interior of the building by 325 sq. ft.
