Document Description
The proposed project involves improvements and a 325-square-foot expansion of the existing Annex building within the Southwestern Yacht Club (SWYC) leasehold. The purpose of the proposed project is to improve the overall structural integrity of the building and make its appearance more consistent with the adjacent main clubhouse. Overall, the current functionality of the building will remain the same, but the amount of space is proposed to be expanded from approximately 3,035 square feet to approximately 3,360 square feet, for an additional approximately 325 square feet.
