Construction of small stuctures such as three boardwalks to avoid drainage areas on the trail, a ped bridge to span Shady Dell Creek, stairs to facilitate climbing and prevent erosion, and retaining walls to reinforce the existing legacy logging road for hiker safety and to prevent further erosion. Minor alteration to land and removal of non-native vegetation on land with slopes less than 10%.
