Document Description
Construct a new three-story classroom/administriation building, theater, parking lot, and tennis courts on the existing Herbert Hoover High School campus. Site improvements of the main parking lot adjacent to El Cajon Bouldevard and the interior courtyard are also included as project components. THe proposed project would demolish the existing approximately 11,500 square foot administration and counseling building and twenty (20) modular classrooms (partables) and associated site elements. A new parking lot and six (6) tennis courts would be installed at the prior location of the portable structures upon completion of the new three-story building.
