Document Description
This project will repair or replace the existing building systems, i.e. roof, plumbing, paint and toilet partitions at the restroom located at the Tamarack Avenue entrance to Carlsbad State Beach. The exterior shower pad will be replaced with a new pad, two showers and a drinking fountain. The facility will be maintained by the City of Carlsbad under a Right of Entry Agreement between the City and the State of California. This project will improve visitor services.
