Document Description
The proposed project involves removal and replacement of an existing approximately 79 linear feet portion of an approximately 1,100 linear feet seawall along San Diego Bay, located adjacent to the Kona Kai Resort at 1551 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego, California 92106. Currently, this portion of the seawall contains significant foundational deficiencies and cannot meet minimum loading conditions for safe and continued use. The proposed project will return the seawall to its original design specifications.
